Le cadre est magnifique, les chambres sont caracteristiques du lieu, bien décorées et propres mais le service est totalement inexistant, pas de ménage ni de lit fait pendant tout le séjour, un service d'accueil - certes souriant - uniquement de 9h à 10h30 et de 18h45 à 19h45, personne sur place le reste du temps ! Le tarif "Excellent" ne correspond pas aux meilleures chambres, en tout cas pour notre cas. En résumé : une location studio au prix d'une belle chambre d'hôtel, 15o euros par nuit sans service ! Pas de paiement CB !

We loved our stay at Castello San Marco. The pool was great, the gardens were lovely, the staff were delightful, the food was excellent. The lodges were comfortable. The one real complaint is that the bed was really not comfortable and the 'mattress topper' solutions were not very good as they didn't fit, so when you rolled over you fell down the hole in the middle. We stayed out of season so there was nothing going on at the beach which was a shame as there was no way of getting anywhere else other than by car. Which meant that we ate in the hotel a lot...... which was no hardship!

it was a lovely hotel.... perfect for what we wanted. you deffinetly need a car!! everybody at the hotel spoke very little english, which is cool but quite hard to order food or ask for anything!?!
