Nous avons été très étonnés de constater qu'un tel établissement soit positionné si près d'une voie de chemin de fer avec tous les inconvénients que cela apporte : des trains passent régulièrement et une mauvaise isolation n'empêche pas le bruit d'arriver jusqu'à la chambre ! et la vue sur le bel Etna est entaché par les fils de la ligne !!!

We stayed in room 201 which had a badly damaged wardrobe and was unusable, the damage was repeatedly pointed out to staff but no repairs were carried out and we were not offered an alternative room, the breakfast compared to what was offered in 2016 is nowhere nearly as nice or generous, on arrival we were informed that we were booked into a four person room when it was clearly stated on our confirmation form we had booked 2 rooms. We were grossly overcharged for drinks at the bar and if it wasn't for the intervention of your receptionist Valentina, who is an exceptional employee, the matter may have taken longer to resolve. Valentina and the girl who works at breakfast are brilliant and by far the best employees you have in the hotel.

Bellissimo palazzo, ristrutturato molto bene, con anche bei progetti per il giardino. Personale anche molto simpatico e pronti ad aiutare i clienti quanto possible. Anche se un po distante dal centro storico, la passeggiata non è per niente spiacevole e si puo raggiungere il Duomo in 15min a piedi.
