Luxury hotels and resorts

The car parking arrangement, while well understood given the physical layout of the Resort, is somewhat awkward and can be time consuming. However, we were impressed the day we departed that our car was brought to the main building without being specifically requested. The signage along the roads in the vicinity of the Resort to guide guests to the Resort are very helpful. The Concierge was particularly helpful with making changes to some of our hotel and airline reservations.

tutto molto bello. ( camere , location , ristorazione disponibilità del personale ) . unica nota dolente i servizi non all altezza dell appellativo resort . impossibilità ad avere nulla al di fuori del orario del pranzo e negli orari pomeridiani . il personale che ti palleggia tra il bar ed il ristorante (chiuso dopo le ore 15.00 e fino alle ore 19.00 ) . nessun servizio in prossimità della spiaggia. ( solo acqua fornita da un zelante ed attivo bagnino ) insomma è vero che siamo in Sicilia ma questo significa ancora più attenzione al cliente !!!

Hi, This boutique hotel is amazing, new hotel perfectly located. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, Miriam and Andrea were exceptional. All the other staff were also so friendly and made our stay lie we were at home. The appointments of the hotel are carefully selected which are impeccable. I would highly recommend to anyone want to stay in Taormina. Daniel
