I have stayed at the finest hotels in Taormina in the past, and after this experience, I would not stay anywhere else but here for our future return. The place was amazing and exceeded our expectations. We loved our apartment and Mr. Fabbiano was an exceptional host. The comfort, quality, security and tranquility of the place felt like home and we wished we could have stayed longer. We cannot wait to return.

My husband and I, together with two teenage children arrived at the beautiful Borgo del Carato and were impressed with the stunning accommodation and facilities. We stayed in an apartment and loved the breakfast poolside, the pool was absolutely wonderful, such a relaxing and enjoyable time. On one evening they were hosting a wedding reception poolside and we, together with other guests enjoyed a 3 course meal in the courtyard with beautiful wine and food. We loved going to visit Noto and Ortygia, such an easy drive. It had an element of a 'Tuscany' feel, wonderful location, facilities, host and so relaxing and enjoyable. This is an amazing hotel ! First of all the location in Taormina was perfect, then the room was stunning with a very nice view on the see and the Etna. Both breakfast and restaurant were very good... exquisite food, perfect service : the restaurant on the roof is really spectacular ! We loved this hotel.

We enjoyed very much our stay in the tastful restored Torre the Pepoli. Lovely meal in the evening. Magnificent view from our room. Visit the old town of Enrice in the mist. Cold misty climate in the evening.... Judith
