Luxury hotels and resorts

Non abbiamo riscontrato una qualità corrispondente ad un 4 stelle, soprattutto nei servizi mancanti (ristorante interno, cambio biancheria almeno 1 volta a metà settimana)per arrivare ai costi troppo alti per il servizio offerto ( 40 euro pulizie, 25 euro tessera a persona per non si sa quali benefit). Data la posizione da un 4 stelle poi ci si aspetta un servizio navetta per il centro.

We had a fantastic time staying here. Yes the hill up to the road is steep but you’re in Taormina so we just got on with it. The apartment had stunning views across the bay and off to our right Etna. The balcony with its views is a great place to have dinner. We had everything we needed in the apartment and all was spotless and very comfortable. As a couple it was a great place to stay but not sure how young kids would get on unless you had a car to get up to town. Might be an idea for the owners to offer a shuttle service a couple of times a day into town but just a suggestion. Overall we had a very relaxing and thoroughly fun time and would happily go back. Enjoy.

Liebes Donna Carmela-Team Wir haben uns im schönen Zimmer und der wunderschönen Hotelanlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Als kleiner Hinweis: Es wäre schön, wenn im Zimmer die Abfallsäcke regelmässig geleert, die Kaffeekapseln und die Dusch-/Haarwaschmittel sowie Body-Lotion regelmässig aufgefüllt worden wären. Dass man uns einen Sonnenschirm auf die Terrasse gebracht hat, haben wir ausserordentlich geschätzt. Sollte wir Sizilien wieder besuchen, fragen wir auf jeden Fall für ein Zimmer im Donna Carmela an. We had an amazing time at Raya. The Hotel staff and facilities were excellent and charming across the board. The room was beautifully situated with an exquisite view. My only comment is that the room itself was slightly underwhelming, with a small and flimsy bed and very average bathroom. Also the Wi-Fi signal was weak to non-existent. All that said, I would rush back to Hotel Raya and Panarea at any opportunity. Paradise.
