The apartment was outstanding in all contexts: the facility was comfortable and well equipped, the location was unbeatable-so close to Taormina and the short uphill walk became easier after the first day, Mr. Fabianno, the resident manager could not have been more gracious and helpful. well done

L'accueil était sympathique,mais la chambre rustique et sombre la journée,pas d'armoire mais une tringle pour suspendre les vêtements au dessus du frigo, pas de safe dans la chambre,mauvaise insonorisation avec la chambre voisine,beaucoup trop chère pour les prestations !!

We were delighted with our stay in your hotel and the quality of the welcome we received. Your staff were very helpful and allowed us to retrieve our rental car which was stuck on the median of the road in Punta Maddalena due to the heavy rain. Due to Hurricane Apollo we extended our stay by 2 days in your hotel. Unfortunately the Villa Carlotta where we were to stay in Taormina refused to make a commercial gesture and charged us for the nights of 29 and 30 October. We are going to make use of our insurance and would need a certificate from you for the case of force majeure that we suffered and the impossibility where we were to go to Taormina because of the floods and the immobilization of our vehicle.
