Très agréable séjour. A recommander sans limite.

Even though there was a problem with our reservation (we had reserved a room for 2 adults and 1 child and got a room for 2 people), the problem was solved in a satisfactory manner - the first night we stayed in the "wrong" room and the following day moved into the right room. As compensation, we got a free dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The second room was very good, albeit dark. The pool was nice. The breakfast was okay. My son ate scrambled eggs everyday because they did not have sausages, smoked salmon etc. (and he doesn't eat bread or pastries). Also, they charge for a second cup of American coffee - I am not talking about espresso or capuccino, it is regular coffee (never seen this in other hotels). Dinner at the restaurant was very good. It was fun playing with the owners' dogs. Check-out was efficient. If in the area again, I would stay at the hotel.

Personal war top! An der Reception, im Service und auch alle übrigen waren äusserst nett, kompetent und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Zimmer: Schrank zu klein. Vorschlag: Beim Eingang, bevor es über die Treppen zum Zimmer geht, wäre es gut möglich, für einen passenden Schrank. Vorteil auch dass man nicht alles über die doch eher steile Treppe nach unten bringen muss! Hotel werden wir weiter empfehlen!

The location of the hotel was superb, rooms modern and very comfortable although very thin adjoining walls so a lot of noise between rooms was shared. Staff could have also been a little more welcoming, we arrived mid afternoon to find the restaurant was closed, we were subsequently offered room service but charged 10 euros as no other options! Room was then not cleared of empty dishes. Restaurant only offered one main course option and one dessert, very limited? Overall a good experience, the finishing touches were just lacking.
