The only good point about this hotel is its ideal position in the middle of the old city. Beside that, absolutely no value for money. We paid for a Superior Room and: room too small, dirty chairs and table on the balcony (= not useable), wi-fi not working, solarium not accessible. Careful: the access to the so called "swimming pool" is 25€/pax extra! On top of all that, the hotel manager showed no sympathy when we said that, due to a car accident, we would have arrived one night later. She did not even asked if we were OK and need something; she just wanted the night paid! What if we were hospitalised or dead in the accident? A 4 stars should imply a certain level of hosptality and service as well.

Loved the staff - they made our stay! The position is wonderful! Breakfast view was so lovely and food delicious! The only issue was the noise from the weddings but the staff did their best to move our room for one night. We were there for 5 nights. We really preferred our first room but needed to have some quiet.

We had a fabulous week at your Apartments everything was great, apartments were spotless and Mr Fabbiano very helpful and welcoming. We would love to return,Taormina is a beautiful town and the Sicilian people very friendly and hospitable. Many thanks The Jones Family
