Von daher fehlt es - mit Ausnahme des Frühstücks - an weiteren Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten innerhalb der Ferienunterkunft, was sich bei der (fast) einsamen Lage als etwas kompliziert erweist.

Thanks for a very nice week! You could definitely improve on the breakfast (add eggs and it would be a lot better) and command of the English language of some of the waiters.

Very classy and enjoyable stay of 3 nights. excellent hospitable staff and a good boss.! A ceiling fan and double glazing of windows for the train would be even better!

My husband and I, together with two teenage children arrived at the beautiful Borgo del Carato and were impressed with the stunning accommodation and facilities. We stayed in an apartment and loved the breakfast poolside, the pool was absolutely wonderful, such a relaxing and enjoyable time. On one evening they were hosting a wedding reception poolside and we, together with other guests enjoyed a 3 course meal in the courtyard with beautiful wine and food. We loved going to visit Noto and Ortygia, such an easy drive. It had an element of a 'Tuscany' feel, wonderful location, facilities, host and so relaxing and enjoyable. Would highly recommend it, definitely need your own transport. Loved it! Brett & Susie (Perth, Western Australia)
