We were delighted with our stay in your hotel and the quality of the welcome we received. Your staff were very helpful and allowed us to retrieve our rental car which was stuck on the median of the road in Punta Maddalena due to the heavy rain. Due to Hurricane Apollo we extended our stay by 2 days in your hotel. Unfortunately the Villa Carlotta where we were to stay in Taormina refused to make a commercial gesture and charged us for the nights of 29 and 30 October. We are going to make use of our insurance and would need a certificate from you for the case of force majeure that we suffered and the impossibility where we were to go to Taormina because of the floods and the immobilization of our vehicle. Apartments are spartanly furnished. Not to the point of discomfort, but still, they are bare. Breakfast has too much sugar and no way to avoid it. Staff are pleasant and helpful. In all, good though basic facilities.

The location and room was amazing. There were some parts of the room that were damaged and the receptionist, whilst helpful, could have conceded that the tap in the bathroom was difficult. If that was a problem with others as she said, they could have shown how to use it. Also , there was very little guest information available when we arrived. A very memorable stay all the same.
