Luxury hotels and resorts

A delightful place to stay, which I would happily recommend to those who don't mind lots of steps. The facilities and views are superb. I think it would be helpful to provide a small starter pack on arrival....it could be very late in the evening, and some water, the ability to make tea or coffee and some basics , eg biscuits, toast, would be very useful. The personnel on site are helpful , and always available. I think a simple one page summary of practicalities eg location of supermarket, disposal of rubbish, a short restaurant listing, a map of Taormina, and such, would help residents greatly. Would I stay there again..........without a doubt. I look forward to returning to Luxury residence TAORMINA. K Tobin , Dublin

We had a wonderful stay here, staff are all very helpful and Santo the waiter is a star! The place has been beautifully and tastefully renovated, retaining its fantastic character. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, we ate here most nights and food was simple, delicious home cooking. Breakfasts were in a light, airy room and were abundant, with fresh croissants, wholegrain breads and lots of summer fruits, but it would have been nice to eat outside, though shade would have to be provided for this. Location-wise it was a bit further (half an hour) from Siracusa than we'd have liked, but if you don't mind longish drives it is well-placed for the Baroque towns,good beaches and Etna. It's a brilliant place in itself to unwind and relax and has a great pool and a small spa as well - we had lovely massages. We hope to return!

It was such a nice stay. The little dead ants on the bed were a bit disturbing and the walls were thin (privacy). But over all it was an awesome location
