Our stay at Luxury Residence Taormina was wonderful. The apartments we stayed in were very roomy, absolutely spotless, fantastically furnished, very peaceful with quite surroundings and absoltuley brilliant views. The location of the apartments is also the best with easy walking distance to shops, eateries and the historical centre of Taormina. The owner Mr Fabbiani was very helpful and always happy to assist us with any queries. I would certainally recommend staying at this complex any time.

We where so suprised and happy to stay in this beautifull appartment. The luxury, quietness and beautifull vieuw we will never forget. The cherry on the cake was the warm welcome of the owner mr Fabbiano, he really takes pleasure in ensuring you have a good holiday. Taormina center is only a few 100 meters walk, via the elevator in the parking garage and you are only a few minutes drive to the beach of Giardini Naxos. We will certainly be back! Roland

The property is well maintained and very comfortable. It is however unsuitable for elderly guests due to the amount of steps involved getting around the property. The parking facilities are almost non existent and this area needs attention as it is sometimes impossible to find a parking spot and the road alongside the property is extremely steep and difficult to manoeuvre the car The interior of the apartments and the views are outstanding. The pool is very nice but cold as the solar heating did not seem to work very well We think the owners should provide soap, shampoo for guests as the nearest supermarket is a difficult 15 minute walk up a very steep hill The property is also not signposted and guests have to make an international phone call to the owner to gain access to the property if they are non Italian guests. Overall we enjoyed our stay but believe some minor changes could make it an outstanding stay We also disagree with the owners policy of reading the electrical meter on guests arrival and potentially charging more if the electrical allowance is exceeded. This is after all a "Luxury Residence" Soap, shampoo and electricity should all be included in the tariff
