Sehr schönes altes Haus mit Grand Hotel Flair des ausgehenden 19.Jahrhunderts. Ein wenig verstaubt im Erscheinungsbild (nicht schmutzig, wirklich nicht), aber ein wenig museal, auf durchaus charmante Weise. Hervorragende Innenstadtlage, alles ist laufbar, der Parkservice funktioniert hervorragend. Das Frühstück gibts in einem Raum, dem man ohne Zögern abnimmt, daß dort schon Wagner, Thomas Mann und wer auch immer sonst gespeist haben. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Excellente périodo nessuna nota negativa, da ripetere

Our two days at the hotel were magical. The food and drink were absolutely delicious and our room was fantastic from the indoor fire, to the speakers, to the stand alone bath, to the wine. It was perfect. There were also two members of staff that completely transformed our experience: Alessandro making us the most delicious cocktails at the bar while we played back gammon and played great music. While Pietro was the master of the dining room: he gave us brilliant tips, particularly the fennel ragu and one of the Sicilian red wines. I loved hearing his stories about London and how he wanted to come back to the island. Both were really special and our experience would not have been the same without them! X a
