The accomodation was very good although the shower was too small. The Baglio San Pietro is in a nice quiet location on a farm but it is very difficult to find, especially at night when we arrived. They should provide more detailed directions. Breakfast was average but not much to eat so we had to take our own fruit and the coffee wasn't hot enough and we had to ask for a second cup most mornings. Overall good but need to make breakfast better.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The view of Mt. Etna is breathtaking, the grounds are so picturesque and it is very close to il Teatro Greco. We stayed in room 57 which had a nice terrace. The buffet breakfast was exquisite. The hotel staff we interacted with were very welcoming and accommodating- nothing was ever a problem. Even though we had a car with us, we asked for a driver to Mt Etna and they called Carmelo who was such a pleasure to spend time with. Joshua at the front desk helped us, as well as Angelo - always with a warm smile. Gino helped us with our luggage on the way out and he was also very nice. We will definitely be back to Taormina and will certainly stay again at this beautiful hotel.

I recommend this hotel in many ways. It has an old world charm that is becoming harder to find in this busy world. The staff are very courteous and not "too busy to be polite" as in other places but quite the opposite. The building itself and the decorations are exquisite.
