Posto semplicemente incantevole. Pace, tranquillità e relax sono le parole che meglio descrivono il nostro soggiorno. Se pensate ad un posto dove ricaricarvi, lo avete trovato. Il personale è cortese, servizievole, insomma vi coccolano ad ogni momento. Desiderate qualcosa? Basta chiedere. Il direttore una persona cordialissima, attenta, professionale e la simpatia di certo non gli manca. Credo proprio che tornerò. Forse il mare, quando è mosso, non il miglior mare della Sicilia, ma il resto ripaga tutto. La stanza, meravigliosa, veniva pulita e sistemata più volte al giorno. Insomma, nessuna pecca. Andate e buon divertimento.

We just came back from Taormina. what made me choose Taormina luxury residence was the high rating it received. But I was mostly intrigued by some comments regarding how meticulous the owner is. let me describe the residence. Franchesco Fabiano the owner built this magnificent and charming residence. In every detail you can see perfectionism and charm; the apartments are very comfortable and super clean,the view is all you could ask for. Moreover, Mr Fabiano assisted us in all of our requirements. Overall Taormina is a beautiful place to visit and Mr Fabiano is a gracious host. Staying at this residence spiced up our trip and wherever we went, be it shops, restaurants or private beaches mentioning that we were staying at Taormina luxury residence brought with it special treatment. We definitely recommend it and we would love to return.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Ihnen gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und alles wirklich tip top sauber. Im Bad könnte ein Kosmetikspiegel und eine Ablage in der Dusche für Shampoo ergänzt werden. Immer wieder gern - bis zum nächsten Mal

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hotel Mazarro Sea Palace. One comment I have is that I think the hotel should do more to promote the restaurant & Bar facilities especially in the evening. We did not see a menu for lunch or evening meals displayed anywhere and therefore we did not eat in the hotel in the evenings.
