It is not clear on the website that there are a great many steps at the property. It was not a problem for us but could be for a guest with limited mobility - this should be made clear in advance

Hotel was beautiful and all stay were very attentive and went above and beyond for us both. We attended the Arrancino masterclass which was absolutely amazing - a highlight of our holiday. We also had massages which we both loved. All round great experience at hotel Donna Carmela

I had booked for 2 days. Unfortunately on the day we arrived there was rainy and bad weather and we could not do the activities that I had planned to do with my family like using the pool and entertainment and for me that was very disappointing. But I would still recommend it and would like to come again.
