The service was outstanding, with very nice people in the reception, restaurant and cleaning. Dinner food is excellent and should not be missed.

L'appartamento e l'ubicazione sono stati più che soddisfacenti, cosi come è stata squisita l'accoglienza da parte del sig Fabbiano e preziosi i suoi consigli. Una vacanza da ricordare.

We were disappointed that we weren't informed that the restaurant was going to be closed for dinner prior to our stay. Also felt the hotel could have been sign posted better. The service was great and very personal and our room was beautiful.

Villa Neri is a welcoming hotel, beautifully located on the slopes of the Etna. Good views, good pool, consistent delivery of service, excellent breakfast. Perhaps the only tiny minus here goes to the restaurant itself and the menu. Two different dishes came with the same vegetable julienne, which should not happen. Also, on my dish the chef forgot the potatoes, which came after we pointed it out. They were served late, but in the end they were OK. We liked our stay there very much, but would definitly and humbly suggest a revamp on the menu and on the cooking, giving that extra edge the hotel could use. thumbs up for villa neri (also would recommend changing the limoncello brand).
