This is our second one time to your beautiful hotel and I personally chose this location to celebrate my 70th Birthday! The staff is excellent: from Antonio at the Reception, to Carlo at the pool, to Marco and Simon at the pool cafe! There were also some exceptional people that I can’t remember their names, but the tall Romanian restaurant manager was very helpful and friendly. We will be back for sure!!! The room was beautiful with a great view! Excellent location within walking distance to funivia, Isola Bella and many restaurants. Service was wonderful. Turn down service and extensive breakfast were perks. Truly a delight! I would definitely recommend this to others and it would be my first choice when we return.

We did not use all the possibilities offered by the hotel therefore we rated "leisure" as N/A.
