Beautiful hotel in an amazing location perfect for a romantic short stay. We were upgraded to a suite. Only one complaint about the attitude of restaurant staff at breakfast who were reluctant to provide us with a table outside due to the weather but we got the impression it was simply they didn t want to bother. Lacking customer service here shame Otherwise an enjoyable stay and will return.

Falls wir wieder in diese Gegend reisen, nur in die Luxury Residence, zum sehr zuvorkommenden Hr Fabiano! Tolle Location, super schöne Wohnung und das Highlight: die Aussicht auf den Etna und die Bucht!!

garden area and terrace is nice, the room is way overpriced for the experience, location is a bit out of the way. the shuttle to Palermo is not frequent enought.

Mi sento di dire che l'unico neo da sottolineare è che il giorno della partenza, dovendo liberare la stanza entro le 12, ed avendo l'aereo alle ore 22 non abbiamo, nonostante richiesto, una camera d'appoggio e che quindi abbiamo utilizzato gli spogliatoi della piscina. Per un hotel del livello d Villa Igiea mi è risultato una forte caduta di stile. Grazie
