It's a lovely hotel and we'd always recommend it if any of our friends plan a visit to Sicily. The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities and layout of the hotel were ideal for a family. A little more information would be useful, for example a map of the immediate surroundings marking footpaths to the nature reserve and beach.

Our two days at the hotel were magical. The food and drink were absolutely delicious and our room was fantastic from the indoor fire, to the speakers, to the stand alone bath, to the wine. It was perfect. There were also two members of staff that completely transformed our experience: Alessandro making us the most delicious cocktails at the bar while we played back gammon and played great music. While Pietro was the master of the dining room: he gave us brilliant tips, particularly the fennel ragu and one of the Sicilian red wines. I loved hearing his stories about London and how he wanted to come back to the island. Both were really special and our experience would not have been the same without them! X a

Die Anlage und die Appartements sind tip top und extrem sauber! Ein großes Dankeschön an das Serviceteam. Die Appartements sind sehr geschmackvoll und wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist nahezu perfekt und lässt nichts vermissen. Wir haben uns noch nirgends so wohl gefühlt wie in dieser Anlage. Der Gastgeber Herr Fabbiano ist ein ausgesprochen höflicher und sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir so herzlich und freundlich empfangen, dass der Reisestress sofort abfiel. Wir haben von ihm sehr wertvolle Tipps für unsere Ausflüge bekommen und er stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Anlage gleicht ein wenig einem mediterranem Dorf mit vielen Winkeln und Treppen. Der Blick von der Terrasse unseres Appartements war grandios und unbezahlbar auf den Ätna und auf das Meer. Ebenso dieser Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer, wenn man morgens aufwacht. HERRLICH!! Der überdachte und beheizte Pool und die Sonnenterrasse bieten ebenfalls einen fantastischen Blick. Zum Zentrum von Taormina geht man gute 10.Minuten einen etwas beschwerlichen Aufstieg . Und obwohl im Zentrum Trubel herrscht ist die Residence eine Ruheoase. Es gibt nur einen kleinen Hinweis und das ist die Parksituation vor Ort: Es ist eine steile Abfahrt in eine enge Sackgasse, wenige Parkmöglichkeiten und wenden ist schon etwas abenteuerlich da ständiger Rollerverkehr das zusätzlich erschwert. Wir werden im nächsten Jahr auf jeden fall wieder dorthin fahren. Es war ein fantastischer Urlaub. Ein großes Lob an den Gastgeber und sein Team!!
