i want to make a quick report for you. first of all they lost our case in airport. we had to spent 2 ours in the big quie. your staff helped us to find our case after be kicked. door to toilet was'nt closed. staff promised to fix it but have not done anything. restorant in the hotel is only one, expensive and not very good.we had to eat in Siracusa or in fish restorant Ostrica park which was perfect. bricks on the road are broken in many places and nobody fix it. road to Siracusa was broken for 4 days and nobody fix it. the beach was dirty. the last day climat system wss broken. staff refused to change our room and give us 55 euro compensation for hot and wet night. i thing for 5 star hotel it is too much. i hope my report will help you in future. We had a problem with the reservation through icastelli.net due to la dimora del genio mistake - we booked for 2 nights and we could stay only one night in the hotel. The 2nd night we stayed at a room in the same street but not with the same atmosphere as la dimora del genio - we got a very small discount on the room but still payed way to much for it.

Non parlo bene Italiano, ma provo a scrivere in Italiano. Il posto è meraviglioso, giardino bellissimo, zona pool design perfetto, le stanze e ristorante anche, - tutto con gusto e bellissimo. La gentilezza ai ristoranti- la sera al interno (eravamo due volte), per pranzo al aperto, tutto era perfetto. Anche colazione ottimo e tutti molto gentile. Ma a la reception dell'hotel non erano piacevole e utile. Era una discrepanza enorme quando riguardo la gentilezza ai ristoranti. A la reception non ci abbiamo sentiti benvenuti- ripeto: il contrario al ristorante e colazione. Comunque un bel posto, e penso, che torniamo. Saluti cordiali, Ruth Stosseck
