Très belle chambre dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter du jardin et de la piscine (travaux)il faisait très chaud dehors,et à 8h15le petit déjeuner n'était pas prêt,personnel à la réception extrêmement accueillant et serviabl

We were staying in the appartment in the adjacent building with two bedrooms/living room/big terrace. Two comments: when booking it was not entirely clear that we would not be staying in the villa itself (as shown in the promo Picture), but in the adjacent building. Secondly, although we stayed in the "appartment" there were no evem basic kitchen utensils, wine glasses and terrace was lacking furniture, so we were not able to fully enjoy our stay. However, the level of hospitality of the receptionist was excellent and she did what she could to make our stay comfortable.

Les douches ne sont pas très pratiques (il faudrait rajouter un pommeau à jet), le spa est beuacoup trop cher au vu de la nature des prestations, le hammam ne sent pas très bon (rajouter des essences locales type eucalyptus...).

Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang und in der Bar waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Service beim Frühstücksbuffet war verbesserungsfähig.
