Le service discret mais très à l'écoute et efficace nous a séduit (changement de chambre pour bénéficier d'une baignoire, visite de la villa, conseil pour les visites) Le cadre et la (les demeures) sont magnifiques : situation, tranquillité, parc. Les repas du soir, principalement le premier sur le thème des poissons et fruits de mer,étaient très bon, même si le problème de la langue (le serveur ne parlait pas Francais ni Anglais) ne nous a pas permis de discuter ni de choisir. Les surprises sont souvent de bonnes choses. Conclusion : idéal pour deux nuits en amoureux. Nous ne regrettons pas d'avoir payé un peu plus cher pur un hôtel de cette catégorie

We loved the location and the town. We felt the pricing reflected the view and the castle setting more than the creature comforts of the rooms. The service was excellent and we particularly appreciated Enzo's help and good humor.

i want to make a quick report for you. first of all they lost our case in airport. we had to spent 2 ours in the big quie. your staff helped us to find our case after be kicked. door to toilet was'nt closed. staff promised to fix it but have not done anything. restorant in the hotel is only one, expensive and not very good.we had to eat in Siracusa or in fish restorant Ostrica park which was perfect. bricks on the road are broken in many places and nobody fix it. road to Siracusa was broken for 4 days and nobody fix it. the beach was dirty. the last day climat system wss broken. staff refused to change our room and give us 55 euro compensation for hot and wet night. i thing for 5 star hotel it is too much. i hope my report will help you in future.
